NEP 2020 Continuous Internal Assessment Guidelines

Under the NEP 2020 & CBCS evaluation pattern, 30% of total marks in each course component are evaluated through Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) comprising:

Mid-Semester Written Test

15 Marks • Comprehensive theoretical & conceptual written examination.

Seminar & Presentation

05 Marks • Student classroom seminar, PPT presentation & viva-voce.

Assignment / Project

05 Marks • Term paper, case study, or problem-solving assignment.

Class Attendance

05 Marks • Active class participation and attendance above 75%.
